We are looking for a Career Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for assisting individuals in achieving success in their careers and must possess a deep understanding of career development strategies and best practices. This role will require frequent interaction with experts, especially fellow panel members, to improve our career development initiatives. We currently employ 6 Filipino assistants who run and manage every aspect of our business. Most of whom want to be with us for between one and three years. We’re looking for long-term, reliable staff who want interesting and challenging careers.

THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Career Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in career development, counseling, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with experts.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and workshops, incorporating insights from expert panels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of career assessment tools, job search strategies, and labor market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement innovative career development programs and initiatives in collaboration with experts in the field.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with expert panels
Provide one-on-one career coaching and guidance to individuals at various stages of their careers, leveraging input and expertise from panel members.
Conduct training sessions on topics related to career development, leveraging the knowledge and experience of panel members.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for career advancement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in career development and incorporate insights from expert panels into our programs and services.
Build and maintain relationships with expert panel members

For the past 15 years I have been an entrepreneur and previously, worked as a dentist for 10 years.

I am married and have a young family and currently run a medico-legal reporting and business coaching companies. The companies are run from London, UK

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting pay rate: TBD and Negotiable
You will get paid every Friday via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata) once the first full year of service has been completed
