JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be a key liaison between the project team and stakeholders, managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.



Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all activities are accurately documented and tracked
Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, identify and manage project risks, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure successful project completion
Lead project teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, provide status updates and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders
Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with project stakeholders, including project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, business partners, vendors, and executive sponsors
Ensure that the project scope is clearly defined, documented, and agreed upon by all stakeholders
Manage project resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, to ensure that project deliverables are met within budget and resource constraints
Facilitate project team collaboration and communication, encouraging cross-functional problem-solving and teamwork
Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, reports, and deliverables, are complete, accurate, and accessible to stakeholders
Lead post-project evaluation and analysis, ensuring that lessons learned are documented and shared with the broader organization to improve future project success.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related field is preferred but not required
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.
Proficiency in project management tools and software
