We are hiring!

Job Summary:
This job position is straightforward in the sense that you basically manage leads in our Salesforce CRM and convert the interested leads into appointments with the acquisition manager who closes the deals. You will be talking to people to see if they are interested in selling a property.

Responsibilities:
-Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
-Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
-Record weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals to ensure they are being met


Qualifications:
-High School diploma and/or Associate's degree is accepted
-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
-Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
-2+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, real estate sales, or call center experience in a sales environment is highly desired
-Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to qualify leads and set appointments over the phone
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
-Monthly base pay.
-This position is eligible for commission on deals closed.
