Trust and Safety Associate / Content Moderator for a Mobile Gaming App

We’re looking for a logical thinker with a keen eye who is ready to help keep our application safe from all evildoers (and some semi-evildoers). As a Trust & Safety agent, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our players follow our guidelines and take appropriate action when they do not. You’ll also be responsible for removing unwelcome content and reaching out to players who may need assistance with a host of issues relating to our guidelines.


The role:

- Monitor our player report system and resolve reports. These reports may contain extremely sensitive content.
- Review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community policies and standards.
- Use CRM tools to directly engage with players and respond to concerns.
- Work closely with our Customer Support and Live Operations team to address challenging guideline violations.
- Come up with feedback and suggestions on how to improve our Trust & Safety processes.
- Identify possible abuse vectors in new features and come up with ways to mitigate or eliminate them.


What we’re looking for:

- 1+ year experience working in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or a related field.
- A college degree.
- Native or close to native-level fluency in English.
- Experience with technical systems such as CRMs and moderation tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a remote team environment.
- Access to a private home working space with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Interest and knowledge of mobile gaming and social media.
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends.

TUE/WED/THUR/FRI/SAT
10:00PM - 07:00AM PHT
(SUN/MON OFF)
