We are seeking for a highly motivated and versatile Full Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Transaction Coordinator Experience, Data Entry, and knowledge of Follow-Up Boss CRM to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Handle data entry ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and lead information across multiple CRM databases
• Experience with Salesforce, Sierra, and Follow-Up Boss is highly preferred
• Executing additional administrative tasks as needed
• Familiarity with Zillow, Homelight, Fast Expert, Fello, Multiple Listing Services, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs is a PLUS!
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a real estate-related role or understanding of the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using Real Estate CRM systems and understanding of real estate transaction processes including understanding real estate contracts.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well on a team as well as independently, take initiative, and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and members.
• Ability to work on weekends (Saturdays) in rotation with other Virtual Assistants as needed
