We currently have multiple companies and bank accounts running in different countries, which each their own cash flows. I’d like to have one consolidated view of all my businesses in Quickbooks.
I’d like to see;
- The total profit per week and month
- Where is the money going
- How much did we pay to our supplier
- Ad spend
- Employees
I’d also like to have you check all outgoing invoices, as well as the incoming invoises, to check if everything is correct.
I will export bank account transactions multiple times per week so you can check which transactions belongs to which expense category and import it manuall into Quickbooks.
Note: This is not for official tax accounting, this is just for our own internal finance overview.
