Short term let Virtual Assistant

We are small family run business in UK and we are looking for virtual assistant who have worked in Short term let industry(Hospitality), and worked with platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo. Need person with very good communication skills to deal with customer messages and call, also to manage bookings, arrange and communicate with cleaner and maintenance people. To work on her/his own initiative, with minimum supervision.
To start , position will be part time, and if right person will grow to full time. There is also space for growth for person that proof it self , we love giving people opportunity if they want to grow.
