We are looking for a LONG TERM Remote Wordpress Web Developer / Designer to join our digital marketing agency. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN AGENCY WORKER

Who We are not looking for?

We are NOT looking for a WordPress designer or someone who can install the theme and get the website ready. We are actually looking for a WordPress Developer who knows the WP Codex Well, and has amazing graphics skills to create psd layouts and convert into amazing interactive themes.


Your Key Roles will be:

-Designing WordPress Websites for clients based upon requirements. Sometimes a Theme will be supplied, whilst most cases this must be created from scratch.
-Developing in house themes for us to use to streamline our development process
-Managing clients current sites making adjustments where applicable.
-Bettering your knowledge on the WordPress Codex to aid in future growth of the company.
-Problem solving
-Be comfortable taking design mockups and building them into fully functional and responsive sites or pages.
-Complete web developer tasks assigned in a timely manner.
-Forward thinking problem solving to get on with tasks without being told what to do.
-Regular checkins to update on progress.

General Qualification Requirements:

-Experience In WordPress Development
-Experience Creating custom plug-ins (preferred)
-Experience in modifying WooCommerce
-Experience in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS
-Experience Creating Custom Themes
-Experience working with 3rd Party Api’s
-Extensive knowledge of WordPress Codex and data structures of third-party plugins and Themes in addition to extensive experience working with tags, hooks filters and actions
-Basic Shopify Knowledge
-SEO Knowledge (a bonus)
-Graphic Design knowledge
-WHMCS, WHM and cPanel basic understanding
-Experience In primarily Elementor Pro and other WordPress page builders.
-Fluent English, written and spoken
-High speed internet connection
-Webflow knowledge a PLUS.
-Hubspot knowledge a PLUS


Salary And Growth Opportunities:

Based upon your experience web developer/designer $700+ which will increase as per your growth and once we know how you can handle tasks.

You will be given the tools to aid in your day to tasks and long term the potential to help grow our team and manage further.


Position:

Full Time position 8 hours per day
