Elite SEO Expert (Advanced Expertise Only)

Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Flexible - but 40 hour work week on a set schedule.


We're seeking a true SEO expert with a proven track record of achieving top rankings in the highly competitive personal injury and legal niches. You'll take ownership of results for a select number of high-value clients (1-3), driving qualified leads through white-hat SEO strategies. It's important that you are meticulous for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals and our ethical standards. Own all aspects of achieving local pack and organic search rankings.
Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities and optimize for targeted keyword groups.
White Hat Link Building: Craft and execute link-building strategies that prioritize high-quality, authoritative backlinks in compliance with white-hat guidelines.
Technical SEO Mastery: Possess a deep understanding of technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, and indexation. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing content and guide the creation of new SEO-focused content.
Analytics and Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other tools to track performance, identify trends, and report on KPIs to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Proven Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with a demonstrable track record of success in the personal injury, legal, or other highly competitive industries.
White Hat Expertise: A deep commitment to ethical SEO practices and an unwavering focus on sustainable, long-term results.
Outreach Prowess: Proven ability to secure high-quality, non-paid, do-follow backlinks from reputable websites within challenging niches.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and Excel. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
