Responsibilities:

Use your meticulous nature to maintain our advanced tracking systems and ensure data integrity
Help our close-knit team thrive by providing reliable and accurate information
Meticulously follow established due diligence procedures
Utilize various softwares to investigate size, owners info, zoning, demand, traffic counts etc.
Cold call land owners & zoning departments for verify information
Ensure accurate and consistent KPI tracking
Meticulously Track all data found
Collaborate with our team, providing reliable data to analyze opportunities


Qualifications:

Exceptional computer skills and a passion for accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently complete tasks
Ability to analyze details with speed and precision
Real estate experience is a major plus
