Inbound Sales - Using Script (Full time + commission)

GoodbyeJunk Sydney is searching for a talented Salesperson (40 hours per week) with 2.5+ years of previous sales experience to manage inbound and outbound sales calls for a home service business.

TASKS:
Answering inbound calls (Aircall)
Conducting sales calls with sales script
Following up with leads
Managing HubSpot CRM and sales pipelines
Scheduling jobs on ServiceM8
Following up with clients at job completion
Data entry and database management

REQUIREMENTS:
Speak and write in fluent English
Be confident in Sales
Experience in using sales script
Have a neutral accent
Familiarity with using CRM and preferably ServiceM8
At least 2.5 years experience as a salesperson
Phone sales experience is a must
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong internet connection
Reliable computer + 2. monitor
High-quality mic with zero background noise
Available for 40 hours per week (available on weekends)
Comfortable with using time tracking (Hubstaff) with screen monitoring




Sydney Time - Working hours: (to be discussed)


RATE:
Php 50,000/mo
+0.5% (Inbound sales commission)
+3% (Outbound sales commission) during quiet time
Opportunities for Growth
Yearly minimum wages increase by 7%


PROVIDED:
Training for each task (Observational learning for seven days + Supporting training videos)
Daily training
Access to all CRM and job booking tools
