Bilingual Help Desk Support (Vietnamese Speaker)

We're looking for a qualified Help Desk Support (Vietnamese Speaker). The ideal candidate should have excellent Spanish oral and written communication skills. This is for a full-time, work from home role. The Help Desk Support will be part of our team where they will be helping banks to assist their merchants. Assistance is needed for PCI certification of the merchants that help them against fraudulent attacks and other similar cases. Well-defined procedure is available for completion of work with the goal of delivering quality service both to banks and their merchants. We look for individuals who enjoy a challenge and mental exercise.


Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer queries proficiently and professionally in consideration of quality expectations
-Attentively listen to each call and thoroughly read emails to probe what kind of assistance the customer requires
-Navigate through different applications and prepare information that is essential to remain on track during support
-Collaborate with the team and contribute to discussions on challenging queries
-Accurately update database and logs for seamless consolidation of the changes that ensue
-Understand that data are sensitive and unwarranted disclosure is avoided

Qualifications:

-Must be fluent in speaking and writing in the Vietnamese Language
-A BPO Vietnamese Customer Support experience is a plus
-Basic computer knowledge and can work with office applications and navigating the Internet
-Interpersonal skills that aid in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing
-Calmness and collectedness under pressure
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Apt learning and understanding of foreign concepts
-Commitment to quality service based on customer's needs
-Has the ability to empathize with customer concerns
-Good at providing instructions
-Workplace should be conducive, free from background noise
