Your Mission

This essential role is key to our e-commerce business. You'll be in charge of finding reliable suppliers, managing inventory, and making sure products reach Amazon smoothly. Your knowledge of Amazon FBA and sourcing will keep our supply chain efficient and running smoothly.

The Supply Chain Management VA-Sourcing (Essential Crew) duties and responsibilities are:

- Source reliable suppliers: Research and identify vendors for existing/new products, evaluating quality, pricing, and negotiating terms. Strong negotiation and research skills are a must.
- Manage inventory & Amazon FBA: Forecast demand, collaborate with warehouses to avoid stockouts, and manage product shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers following FBA guidelines. In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA and strong organizational skills are key.
- Maintain efficient supply chain: Track shipments, resolve transportation issues, and analyze data to identify trends & recommend process improvements. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ensure accurate inventory: Collaborate with warehouses to ensure accurate stock counts, resolving discrepancies and minimizing out-of-stock situations. Excellent communication and attention to detail are required.
- Stay updated on Amazon FBA: Continuously learn and implement best practices to optimize FBA operations and maintain a smooth supply chain. A commitment to continuous learning is crucial.

What Success Looks Like

-Find and acquire 3 new products for launching that not only fit our budget but also meet the specific criteria we’ve set within the next 3 to 6 months.
-Maintaining consistent inventory levels across all our sales platforms, ensuring there are no stockouts that could hinder customer satisfaction or sales performance
-Identify and implement 3 key process improvements that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
-Achieve a minimum inventory accuracy rate of 98%, ensuring that our inventory records closely match the actual stock levels, leading to improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Consistently staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in FBA operations, actively implementing these strategies to optimize our processes, and ensuring a seamless supply chain.

-Supply Chain & Amazon FBA Expertise (1-3 years): Proven experience in sourcing, inventory management, and Amazon FBA processes is essential. In-depth knowledge of FBA guidelines and best practices is a must.
-Strong Communication & Negotiation: You'll collaborate with suppliers, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and negotiate supplier agreements. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key.
-Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze data, identify trends, and proactively solve supply chain issues. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial.
-Project Management & Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and communication platforms like Slack. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
-Initiative & Attention to Detail: Be self-motivated, take ownership, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, including report creation and following procedures.
