JOB OVERVIEW

Job highlights:
- Full time remote position
- All about Upgrade to see actual info and gaming (particularly the Call of Duty franchise)
- 9-10 hours daily between 5 AM to Noon/1 PM Philippines time with flexible time-off

LobbyGod was started by gamers, for gamers. We provide a gaming VPN service to Call of Duty players looking for a more "old-school" experience and an easier time playing the game. We are a small (~10 people) but rapidly growing startup that has combined decades of experience in the traditional VPN and tech industry.

Our support team is small and intimate and focuses on helping and educating our customers. As a member of support your day-to-day will consist of answering Upgrade to see actual info/Email tickets, moderating our Upgrade to see actual info server, sharing customer feedback, communicating with our engineering team about issues and writing support articles as needed.

Goals you are expected to hit:
- These initial goals will be used to measure your success at the role. 
- Respond to all live chat tickets within 10 minutes
- Develop a strong understanding of support documentation to help customers with issues. Solve 80% of all tickets independently within 1 month
- Nurture a strong community on Upgrade to see actual info
- Complete our networking/VPN training course and pass the required tests.

Requirements:
- Excellent, clear and concise communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Experience with gaming (More specifically the Call of Duty franchise)
- Proficiency with using and moderating on Upgrade to see actual info
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities - You assess all options before making a decision

Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with basic home networking terms and concepts (IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, MAC address, etc)
- Familiarity with the consumer VPN market
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
- Experience using CRM or Helpdesk platforms like Help Scout
- Experience in community management
