JOB OVERVIEW

CRM Development and Drip Campaigns:
-Develop and optimize our CRM strategy to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
-Design and implement effective drip campaigns tailored to various customer segments.
-Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Creation and Management:
-Lead the creation of compelling content across various platforms, aligning with the company's brand voice and objectives.
-Manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication and distribution of content.
-Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality materials.

SEO and Blog Writing:
-Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy, with a focus on blog content, to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
-Write and edit engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts that resonate with our target audience.
-Monitor SEO trends and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Partnerships and Event Management:
-Identify and establish partnerships with organizations that align with our business goals.
-Plan and execute events targeted at the SME market, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in a growth marketing or related role.
-Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
-HubSpot experience is a plus.
