Remote Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who loves engaging with candidates and working within the Australian Market.

Base Salary - 30,000- 40,000 pesos/ month
Commission – 12,000 pesos per successful placement.
Experience - 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
Location –Work Location 100 % Remote. This is a Permanent Work from Home Opportunity

Summary
• This role is open for only experienced recruiters, preferably with Health Care experience.
• The Company works from Monday to Friday
• The opportunity is to work on recruitment assignments in the Allied Health sector, recruiting Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Exercise physiologists, etc, in the Australian Market.
• Your primary responsibility is sourcing and headhunting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilise various sourcing strategies, such as job boards and other technical platforms, to find suitable candidates.
• Cold-calling multiple candidates per day
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience

Required Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Strong foundation in sourcing, screening, and both contract and permanent staffing.
• Demonstrable experience in Health Care recruitment, covering a broad spectrum of roles (desired)

INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDED:
• Reliable PC/ Laptop with at least 4 GB Ram
• Broadband internet connection with speeds of at least 100 MBPS (check your speed on Upgrade to see actual info)
• Private working space in your home to make calls without disturbance.
• Smart Phone (we will provide you with an Australian sim card to make international calls)
