Utility Helper

Job Description

- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior and interior parts of company premises.
- Ordering and maintaining the cleaning supplies.
- Conducting basic repairs and maintenance equipment.
- Performing basic landscaping duties including watering plants.
- Inspect utility lines, equipment, and components to identify problems and make recommendations.
- Maintain and replace lights
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Inspect and test equipment to determine running and efficiency.
- Running errands: loading/ unloading items into and out of the delivery vehicle
- Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items between offices, banks, and establishments
- Traveling by foot or public transportation.
- Preferably living near Parañaque City


QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as a Utility or Housekeeping Attendant
- Honest, Reliable, and Trustworthy
- Must be physically fit and can lift light to heavy weight packages
- Knowledgeable in fixing minimal issues in electricity/plumbing
- Must be residing in Parañaque or near
