REACT Software Developer

Who are we:

Cualia. is a tech platform delivering Lab Management Software that streamlines complex statistical busy work and generates accreditation-ready documentation. We are a remote team of highly knowledgeable medical pathology and development personnel.

Tools we use:

- Svelte or React/Typescript
- PostgreSQL
- Notion
- n8n
- Airtable
- Upgrade to see actual info

What we’re looking for:

An experienced Svelte (or React with a strong interest in Svelte) and TypeScript Developer who can bring their coding skills and creative problem-solving to the team. We'll rely on you to develop robust, modern user-facing features and reusable components. If you have a passion for coding and an eye for detail, we'd love to have you join our team!

Duration:

- 30-40 hours per week
- Daily stand-ups on days you work
- Flexible schedule

Frontend Developer:

- Loves TypeScript
- Proficient in Svelte or React/NextJS
- Writes descriptive function names
- Fights unnecessary re-renders
- Listening skill is a must

It would be nice if you can:

- Write a Docker Compose file
- Have an eye for design
- Migrate a database

What we’re not looking for:

- Full-Service Agencies
- E-Commerce Site Builders
