We are a Managed IT Services Company. We provide Managed IT Services, Managed Datacenter and Cloud Solutions, and Managed Security Services to business customers.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer and Systems Administrator who wants to advance their career. We will only consider candidates with three or more years of hands-on experience in supporting Windows PCs, Mac OS, Linux, IoS, and Android devices and a thorough understanding of Networks, Firewalls, Servers, Backup Systems, Microsoft Azure platform, etc. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibility.

This customer-facing Technical position requires good technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer incentives for our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to grow their expertise and gain industry certifications.

The candidate must able to demonstrate expertise in:

Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 Desktop OS
Apple Mac OS, IOS & Android
PC, Server, and Mac Hardware
Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 Server OS
VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, and other Virtualization Platforms
Servers, Network Equipment, Storage Systems and Firewall devices
Networks, TCP/IP; VPN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching; VLAN, etc.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

Backup & Disaster Recovery Systems Administration
