JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for somebody who is proactive and can effectively respond to emails, send out emails, make and take a few calls, work on email sequencing, and copywriting, operate CRM platforms, work on photo/video editing tools such as Adobe and canva, run ads and the stated tasks below. Somebody who is proactive, quick to learn, and can systemize what we are doing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct reception duties, to include answering via VOIP phone, and responding to emails, mail and voicemail
- Support office record keeping and scheduled appointments, to include data input of office expenses, operating costs and charges
- Assist in managing wedding client online planning forms and music databases
- Assist in management, research, communication and coordination of wedding receptions, corporate functions and private events
- Respond to inquiries for entertainment and photo booth services
- Use CRM resources to respond to inquiries and move inquiries thru the sales funnel
- Prepare equipment lists and timelines for events and receptions
- Conduct follow-up surveys and reviews after event completion
- Ensure event teams are prepared with work orders and calendar reminders and text reminders 24 hours before the event
- Maintain and update website, blog and social media network presence
- Maintain themed calendar event postings on Facebook, INSTAGRAM, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook
- Maintain inventory status and resupply control
- Maintain monthly/quarterly and yearly status spreadsheets for weddings, DJ/MC services, photo booths and up-lighting/monograms/Gobos
- Create spreadsheets and presentations to reflect current and year-to-date information
- Track monthly/quarterly ad generation, advertising, ad postings
- Maintain scheduling of DJs, MCs and Photo Booth Techs
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graphic/Video Editing, Business/Accounting Majors (preferred) - Possess excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess multi-tasking and coordination experience
- Passion for music; actively involved in the local community
- Demonstrate attention to details while maintaining perspective
- Have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Apple editing, basic HTML, MS Office Suite
