The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal or Lawyer who has substantial experience working with law firms in California. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the critical task of calendaring legal dates and deadlines, ensuring our firm maintains impeccable records and adheres strictly to all relevant compliance requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform various administrative duties to support our legal team's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the legal calendaring process, ensuring all deadlines are accurately recorded and adhered to.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to monitor and update case timelines and schedules.
Conduct regular audits of calendar entries for accuracy and completeness.
Handle administrative tasks related to case management, including document preparation and management.
Provide remote support for other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
Extensive experience as a paralegal or lawyer, with a strong preference for individuals familiar with California employment law.
Previous experience in legal calendaring and a thorough understanding of the importance of meeting legal deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in legal software and technology used for calendaring and case management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
