We specialise in Lead Generation & Appointment Setter and are looking for a Rockstar Appointment Setter to join our ambitious team. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and generate interest.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimise LinkedIn accounts and campaigns for our clients, engaging with prospects to set appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Utilise both cold calling and social media management to set appointments for the sales team, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, activities, and outcomes in our CRM system, providing transparent reports to the team.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and development programs to refine your skills and enhance your performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team of the assigned client to ensure a seamless transition of leads and appointments, facilitating a smooth sales process.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in an Appointment Setter role or similar, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Independence & Deadline Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet all deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, demonstrating a capacity to adapt to new technologies.
