Scriptwriter/Producer Assistant Needed for 200k+ Youtube Channel

JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am seeking a dynamic and multi-talented individual to join the team as a Producer/Channel Manager/Scriptwriter for my YouTube channel. You will be responsible for ideating/scripting engaging content, researching potential partners, managing the channel, and ensuring the highest quality of production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Scriptwriting and Concept Ideation (Pre-Production)
-Develop original, compelling scripts and concepts for both long and short-form videos. Conduct initial research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
-Thumbnail, title, concept, hooks, scripts will all be researched and put together.
-This is the most important piece and will require meetings and brainstorming sessions with the creator!

Channel Management:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, writing descriptions, and optimizing metadata.
-Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content adheres to our brand standards.
Simple analytics reporting.

Other Miscellaneous Production Tasks:
-Coordinate with a thumbnail designer, oversee the production process, coordinate with any other talent or coaches needed in the videos, editor feedback notes for any mistakes, etc. Administrative tasks as Kize needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience in scriptwriting, preferably for digital content platforms.
Strong understanding of YouTube and digital media landscape, in the challenge niche is a plus.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Acquainted with Youtube Studio.
-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
-Willingness to learn - just like my channel - and push the boundaries of good content
-(Bonus) Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
-(Bonus) Graphic design skills for creating simple graphics or editing thumbnails.
