Remote Work Opportunity

We're seeking a Real Estate Cold Caller/Inside Sales Agent for a remote position. Responsibilities include promptly responding to inbound leads via email, assigning leads to designated agents, managing lead information in the database, conducting follow-ups with clients and agents, and nurturing expired leads.

Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills with impeccable grammar
• Preferably experienced in Real Estate Cold Calling/ISA/Appointment Setting
• Coachable, quick learner, hardworking, and energetic
• Reliable with punctual attendance for meetings and shifts
• Stable internet connection, reliable computer, noise-canceling headset with microphone
• Proficient in using Mojo Dialer and other relevant software applications

Technical Specifications:
• Computer: minimum i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM (primary and backup)
• Internet Speed: minimum 20 MBPS download speed (with backup internet)
