Description:
We are currently seeking a talented architectural Renderer to join our dynamic architecture team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-end, high-quality renderings that showcase our architectural designs to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Create stunning, photorealistic renderings of architectural designs using industry-standard software.
Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations that meet or exceed expectations.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in rendering style across all projects.
Stay updated on the latest rendering techniques and software advancements to continually improve rendering quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an architectural Renderer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end renderings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant rendering software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into compelling visualizations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Full time, Monday through Friday.

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature• Working Webcam• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
