Triforce Digital Marketing is seeking a GoHighLevel Expert to join our team. As a GoHighLevel Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the GoHighLevel platform for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the GoHighLevel platform for clients, including configuring settings, creating workflows, and integrating third-party tools
Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs using the GoHighLevel platform
Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their business goals and provide ongoing support as needed
Stay up-to-date on the latest GoHighLevel features and best practices and share this knowledge with the Triforce Digital Marketing team and clients
Collaborate with the Triforce Digital Marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and upselling existing clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company CRM
Participate in regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve client satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ years of experience working with the GoHighLevel platform, including configuration, workflows, and third-party integrations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using CRM software, preferably Clickup or GHL
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
Willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest GoHighLevel features and best practices
