Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote, EST Timezone

Hourly Rate: $4/hour (Full-time)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in property comping? Are you proficient in following instructions and thrive in a virtual work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
* Conduct property comping activities using various online tools and resources.
* Gather and analyze data on comparable properties to assist in determining market values.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all property comping tasks.
* Follow instructions provided by team leaders and adapt to changing requirements.
* Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in property comping or a related field.
* Proficiency in online research tools and databases.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working in a virtual environment and adhering to EST timezone.
