The Role

Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads
Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to meet specific campaign objectives and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing and creative team and conduct thorough research to identify and understand the target audience for indications/brands
Monitor and analyze spending patterns and generate detailed reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement

The Requirements:

3+ years of experience setting up, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns in Google
Experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or any similar tool
Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge (Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, filters)
Experience pulling paid media metrics, reviewing trends in data, and making recommended budget and campaign changes
Has experience working in a graveyard shift for the last 6 months and amenable to work on a graveyard shift

Knowledge in SEO
Has experience with Google Workspace
