CRO Optimizer & Research Specialist for Ecom

We're in search of a skilled CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist with strong research abilities. Your responsibilities will include examining competitors to collect insights and concepts for testing, all geared toward enhancing our conversion rates.

As a CRO Optimizer & Research Specialist, you will be responsible for:

-Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors to identify strategies, tactics, and trends in e-commerce.
-Idea Generation: Generating innovative ideas and hypotheses for conversion rate optimization tests based on competitor analysis and market research.
-Test Launching: Collaborating with the team to plan, execute, and monitor A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
-Data Analysis: Analyzing test results and website performance metrics to draw actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

To excel in this role, you will need:

-Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation methodologies.
-Proficiency in conducting competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw insights.
-Ability to identify areas for improvement, develop hypotheses, and propose effective solutions to optimize conversion rates.
-Clear communication skills to convey insights, collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and present findings.
