**About Us:**
We're Upgrade to see actual info, a company helping small and medium-sized businesses with their employee benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, 401ks and much more. Our goal is to make health insurance and other benefits easy to understand for everyone.

**Job Description:**
We need a part-time Content Specialist to help improve our website. Your job is to create easy-to-understand articles and sections within the website about health insurance and employee benefits. There should be 2 sides to our website: content and information for individuals and employees so they can leave our website feeling educated on how health insurance and other employee benefit programs work. Secondly being to help businesses figure out the best benefits for their employees and what businsses can do to help offer their employees the best benefits.

**Responsibilities:**
- Write clear and helpful articles for our website for both individuals and companies.
- Make sure our website shows up when people search for insurance topics.
- Use WordPress to manage website content.
- Create an easy flow for people to understand benefits.

**Requirements:**
- Experience writing articles and managing websites, especially with WordPress.
- Know a bit about insurance or similar fields.
- Can explain complicated things in simple words.
- Can work well with a team.
