What is the position title for the role?
Customer Experience Agent

What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
Communicating with our customers via email to help the customer with their enquiries and ensure the customers' happiness in our company.
The VA will be handling basic level 1 duties (Order cancellations & amendments, Order chases, Returns, Basic replacement orders)

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
(After the training period)
We will have daily team huddles via Zoom (cameras must be turned on) - to answer questions and inform the team of any updates or changes. Check-ins with their Line Manager or Team Lead will also happen at least once a week.
Their day will be structured around answering emails from our customers, and helping to maintain our SLAs.
We will set targets as we move along. A fully trained rep would be expected to send a minimum of 50 emails per day.

What are the “must-have” skill sets of a successful candidate?
Must have a competent level of written and spoken English and understand how to compose an email in English using proper grammar.
Must have a good hard-working attitude and team-spirit
Must be friendly and kind and fit into the culture we are very proud of at Ooni.
Must understand that our processes may change along the way with short notice and they must be able to grasp that and adapt.
