We are seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Manager and Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective
Create graphic designs and websites.
Management of calendar.
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to reach the target audience.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
A/B test various ad elements to continually improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing
Proficient in Canva and Photoshop.
Knows how to create websites.
In-depth understanding of
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
