Sales and Marketing Manager, Lead Generation, Customer Service USA

Lova Candles was founded in 2022 and specializes in luxury sand / pearled candles for sale and rent. We focus on wholesaling the materials to florists, event and interior designers. People rent our candle decor for life's most important Upgrade to see actual infonts - weddings, birthdays, parties and other Events in the Florida and New York area. We are proud that our clients are representatives of the premium segment: hotels, designers, florists, event planners and brides with high budgets.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to grow sales. If you have the ability to create beauty and visualize, love to communicate and build relationships, can meet and exceed sales goals, have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a desire to develop in the field of decoration - then come to us!
Requirements :
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, email, mailing programs (Omnisend, Mailchimp and others), as well as chatbots.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Communication skills, literacy
- Attention to detail and quick mastery of new programs and tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems independently.
- Ability to use AI, Chat GPT etc
Working conditions :
Schedule: 80 hours per month (part-time) with the prospect of transition to full-time work in a month, with an increase in salary
Opportunity for development and professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment. Flexible hours for some tasks, but ideally able be online during EST day time to reply to client inquiries, emails etc.
Responsibilities :
- Processing incoming leads for event rentals: create proposal and quote, follow up, close the lead.
- Managing customer information in CRM and Trello
- Lead generation and email marketing, copywriting skills are a PLUS
- Help with wholesale orders and interaction with logistics
- Customer Service, communication with clients on different platforms
- Recording tasks and creating manuals for all processes on Google Drive
