Paid Ads Strategist (100% Work From Home)

We are looking for a Paid Ads Strategist focusing on paid social media, you'll be crucial in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and digital expertise to effectively engage our target audience.

Must Have's:

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting tasks.
Experience with Facebook, Instagram (Meta), and TikTok ads.
Background in e-commerce and Meta Advantage Shopping Campaigns.
Understanding of media metrics, basic marketing concepts, and data analysis.
Proactive attitude with a solid grasp of digital marketing.
Previous experience managing paid social campaigns.
Familiarity with ads manager and social media advertising tools.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Tasks:

Assist in planning and executing campaigns on various social platforms.
Understand platform nuances to optimize media effectively.
Use data insights to guide optimization decisions and budget allocation.
Employ strategic thinking to align with consumer mindsets.
Organize notes, assets, and action items using various tools.
Ensure quality control and alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with the design team for creatives.
Generate and track UTMs for campaigns.
Continuously optimize ad performance based on real-time data.
