Experienced Real Estate VA/Executive Assistant

I’m looking for a Fulltime Real Estate Virtual Assistant. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Real Estate, Managing, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails, and assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks:
Manage client CRM (GoHighLevel)
GoHighLevel experience is a PLUS!!!
Appointment Setting / Prospecting
Cold Calling at some point further down the line
Send and manage calendar updates
Social media posting and managing, on multiple channels
Managing my VA Agency
Client facing
Interviewing Candidates

Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
* Willing to during the hours listed above.
* Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
