JOB OVERVIEW

Job Brief:
HypeSocial is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and boost our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to craft engaging content, manage ad campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of different strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Design and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Build and enhance our brand presence on Instagram and TikTok, employing strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement.
Create visually appealing content for various social media platforms using tools like Canva and CapCut.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all social media messages and advertisements.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Work closely with other departments to develop social media timelines coiUpgrade to see actual info with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expertise in creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ads.
Strong experience in building and maintaining a strong presence on Instagram and TikTok.
Ability to create engaging content using Canva and knowledgable of video editing
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Experience with social media KPIs and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred.
