Position: Digital Assistant (Organizational and Documentation Focus)
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly organized and quick-learning individual to join our team as a Digital Assistant. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks. This role primarily involves organizational duties and documentation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain documentation for various processes and procedures.
Export data from various websites using methods such as screenshots or screen recordings.
Ensure that screenshots are neatly organized and comprehensible, packaged into files, and stored appropriately.
Generate PDFs and compile documentation for internal and external use.
Download videos and store them in Google Drive for easy access and reference.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
Familiarity with screenshotting tools and basic video editing software.
Experience with Google Drive or similar cloud storage platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
