Job Overview
As an eCommerce Merchandising Project Manager, your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by maximizing click-through rates and purchases for both existing and new products on various marketplace platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. You'll achieve this by strategically designing and deploying:
- Compelling Images: Including main images, gallery images, and A+ content images to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Effective Copywriting: Crafting engaging titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to capture customer attention and encourage purchases.
- Strategic Price Points: Implementing pricing strategies to optimize product sales and profitability.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve agreed-upon quarterly and annual targets aimed at increasing click-through rates and conversions for Amazon listings.
- Lead the design and implementation of listing optimizations for both existing and new products on marketplace platforms, particularly Upgrade to see actual info.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, design, and product development to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improving product visibility and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in merchandising and e-commerce.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of listing optimization initiatives, including insights into key performance indicators and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion of listing optimizations and achievement of business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine merchandising strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the merchandising team, promoting continuous learning and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing project management, in an ecommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing initiatives.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary Depending on Experience
