Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our very experienced, dynamic, marketing team. You will also be empowered to create impactful content for social media, analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for growth, and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.


Responsibilities:

2. Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with organizational goals and audience preferences.
3. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
4. Analyze social metrics and campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for growth.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure effective social media management.
7. Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
8. Support website management, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts as needed.
