We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facebook Group Community Manager/Moderator. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our Facebook group by moderating posts and comments to uphold our community standards. Additionally, you'll support us with basic administrative tasks and research as needed.

- Monitor the group to remove spam posts and comments.
- Engage with group members professionally and courteously, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Enforce group rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks
- Conduct research on relevant topics

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience of managing Facebook Groups and Pages
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
