JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant + Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Instagram accounts, including posting stories, reels, and photos on the main feed. You will also be tasked with developing captivating and brand-specific captions, as well as posting and promoting all upcoming launches, promotions, and community events. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering all customer emails from Gmail, creating brand-specific content using Canva, and engaging with our community by responding to direct messages, comments, and reactions on Instagram.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with marketing projects related to referrals, as well as support our Ambassador Manager with tasks such as removing inactive ambassadors from our backend software and monitoring community group chats. Other responsibilities may include assisting with various projects that require additional support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Instagram, Facebook, and other related social media platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of community management principles.
At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant for fitness clothing brands, with a proven track record of organizational proficiency and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva with a minimum of 2 years of experience, showcasing the ability to create engaging visual content for social media and marketing purposes.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
Minimum of 1 year of experience using Shopify, including familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and customer support features.
Extensive experience using Gmail for communication and customer support, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing emails effectively.
Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with other e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for website management and customization.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (American Time) from 6AM Mountain Time - 2PM Mountain Time

Salary: 16000 PHP monthly (Note: Salary is subject to negotiation and may vary based on qualifications and experience.)
