As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Jen’s Pirate Booty, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our online platforms. From managing website product updates and maintenance to overseeing JOOR and Shopify platforms, you'll contribute to the efficiency and success of our sales endeavors.

Remote Role
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm PST

Key Responsibilities:

Website Product Maintenance:

Conduct regular web maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve search engine visibility.
Merchandise web pages to enhance product presentation and user experience.
Upload new products onto the website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct regular clean-up of styles to address any issues or inconsistencies.
Work with Merchandise Planner to identify and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Website Copywriting:

Develop compelling and engaging copy for various sections of the website to attract and retain customers.
Leverage AI for efficiency.

Website Maintenance & Coordination:

Execute updates on website pages, including the homepage and other key sections.
Ensure that all changes are accurately reflected and aligned with brand standards and messaging.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve platform functionality.

Website Reporting:

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management dashboards to track website performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on website analytics to support decision-making processes.

Web Customer Service:

Oversee customer service inquiries, especially during peak sales periods.
Handle inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate when additional support is needed based on ticket volume.

Wholesale JOOR:

Create all styles in the Shopify backend according to relevant seasons, ensuring compatibility with both JOOR and Shopify
platforms.

Qualifications:

English: CEFR Level C2 / Excellent Written and Speaking
ChatGPT / AI experience
Proven experience in website management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Shopify and JOOR platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
