The VA project accountant will mainly work as backup support for the controller, ensuring the timely completion of the monthly reports for construction financing.
Your daily responsibilities would include:

3. Assist the controller in preparing the draw request for the construction loan request, which will be provided to the quantity surveyor.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 2-3 years experience in the following:
1. Pro Advisor in Quickbooks
2. Project management software, including Procore and Buildtrend
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
4. Excellent and proficient written communication skills.
5. Consistent internet access & computer literacy.
6. Able to work on a deadline and follow specific directions.
