The Amazon Account Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing seller accounts on the Amazon platform. This role involves overseeing product listings, optimizing content, managing inventory, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase sales and visibility.

Responsibilities:

Product Listings Management: Create and update product listings while ensuring accuracy of product category types and compliance with marketplace regulations. Resolve any publishing issues with seller support and keep internal teams informed of listing status updates.

Daily Account Checks: Conduct daily reviews of all seller central accounts to address delisted products, suspended or unfulfilled inventory, and any account health flags.

Account Health Troubleshooting: Persistently follow up on tickets with Amazon seller support to resolve Account Health violations. Interpret Amazon's correspondence, understand violations clearly, research best practices for appeals, and submit all required information promptly to resolve issues.

Seller Feedback and Product Review Management: Monitor and manage customer feedback on seller accounts and product reviews. Request removal of negative feedback and poor reviews that do not align with Amazon’s policies.

Advertising Spend Management: Oversee and optimize advertising budgets allocated to Amazon's advertising platform. This includes campaign management, performance monitoring, and ensuring maximum ROI.

Collaboration with Amazon Marketing Agencies: Liaise with third-party agencies to ensure the overall performance of the company's Amazon accounts align with marketing strategies and business goals.

Product Training: Willingly undergo product training to become familiar with the various products being listed on Amazon.

Weekly Analysis and Reporting: Present weekly reports on the performance of the company's Amazon accounts, including key metrics and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of extensive experience and knowledge in handling Amazon Seller Central and FBA.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and errors.
Excellent collaboration and liaison skills with various departments and external agencies.
Persistent in resolving issues, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Clear, concise, and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in all areas of the Amazon Seller and FBA platform.

This role is not:

A PPC (Pay-Per-Click) expert or marketing expert.
A listing optimization or SEO specialist.
