JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,
I am Kemi, the head of operations at Excellence House Cleaning Services.
We are a fast-growing residential cleaning business looking for a motivated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing sales and administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a remote position, so you will be working from the comfort of your own home.

* Manage and organize the company's calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring that the team is up-to-date on their schedules.
* Communicate with clients and answer any questions they may have, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
* Respond to emails and phone calls, providing timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
* Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing reports and managing databases.
* Help with marketing efforts and manage social media platforms.

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in a virtual assistant role, preferably in the service industry.
* Proficient in Booking Koala
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
* Comfortable working remotely and able to maintain a professional home office environment.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
* Experience with a residential cleaning company
