VA Needed

I am an agency owner creating over 200 ads for brands monthly. The business is moving quickly and my mind races 1000mph most days. My Upgrade to see actual infontum and focus are super sharp right now. However, there is a ton of tasks that need to be done for cleanliness that sometimes get left behind.

That's where you come in, we need someone who is ready to jump on many admin tasks from adding data onto notion, or sending contracts out, or uploading files, or making sure the S.O.Ps are right. There are many little tasks like this that need to be completed.

You'll be joining a team of 10 and you'll be working closely with me, my partner and my project manager.

You must be proactive, not reactive. You have the authority to be proactive & make decisions. It would help if you never approached me with a problem without presenting a solution.

One of your tasks is to come up with a client gifting process for our long-term brands. We have brands who if they stay with us after 2-3+ months we gift them to feel part of our brand/ethos.
