Advanced Systems Engineer for MSP

Multi state Managed Services Provider seeks highly experienced IT Systems Engineer for full time position. Excellent written and spoken English are of the upmost importance.

Responsibilities:
• Support technicians with complex helpdesk tickets and/or project tasks.
• Work with clients on complex projects using modern technologies such as, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Perform security audits/reviews on client networks using company provided toolsets.
• Document actions in knowledgebase and ticket system.
• Introduce new ideas and concepts to peers in regularly scheduled teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
• Manage Windows based environments, both on-prem and Azure based, AWS deployments, M365 tenancies, and other standard platforms.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience on helpdesk.
• Expert level knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Systems, both on-prem and cloud based, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Business Networking Concepts, Backup/Restore procedures, Network Security Concepts and Functions.
• Thorough knowledge of commonly used ports and protocols.
• Moderate to expert level experience in Microsoft Azure technologies. Specifically, infrastructure and Azure virtual desktop.
