JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to oversee our team of customer service virtual assistants. As the Customer Service VA Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our VA's stay on task and meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for monitoring their performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service best practices.
