Title: Virtual Assistant - Webinar Monitoring and Customer Engagement

Job Description:
The Virtual Assistant - Webinar Monitoring and Customer Engagement person will be responsible for watching 8 webinars per week, monitoring live customer chats, responding with stock answers, identifying service needs and buying signals, and efficiently routing queries or leads to the appropriate teams using the system.

Responsibilities:
1. Webinar Monitoring:
- Attend and closely watch 8 webinars per week, ensuring active participation and attentiveness.
- Take detailed notes on key points, important questions, and any customer interactions during the webinar.
2. Live Customer Chat Support:
- Monitor the live customer chat platform and promptly respond to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize a set of pre-defined stock answers to provide quick and accurate responses.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone while addressing customer queries.
3. Service Needs Identification:
- Analyze customer chat interactions to identify any specific service needs or issues.
- Proactively gather additional information from customers to understand their requirements or concerns.
4. Buying Signal Recognition:
- Identify potential buying signals or indications of customer interest in specific products or services.
- Promptly escalate these leads or buying signals to the appropriate sales or marketing teams.
5. Efficient Query or Lead Routing:
- Utilize the system to accurately route customer queries or leads to the relevant teams.
- Ensure all necessary details and context are provided to enable smooth handover and effective resolution.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills to provide clear and concise responses.
- Familiarity with the company's products and services to address customer inquiries accurately.
- Ability to quickly identify service needs and buying signals from customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using the system to route queries or leads to the appropriate teams.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay £5.00 per hour = 37hrs per week
Hours
12pm-2.30pm everyday (7 days)
8pm -10.30pm everyday (7days)
