Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Hospitality Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our STR listings, ensuring seamless guest experiences and optimizing property performance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of hospitality operations, including property listings, guest communications, and maintenance coordination.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of STR listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, attractive photos, and competitive pricing.

- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for guests and timely responses to inquiries.

- Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, guest reviews, and revenue, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.

- Handle guest communication and issues promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Stay informed about market trends, local events, and competition to adjust pricing and amenities accordingly.

- Implement and enforce company policies and standards to maintain high-quality hospitality experiences for guests.

- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in hospitality operations and implement best practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Airbnb Case Manager Resolutions 2

- Proficiency in using Airbnb's platform or at least one of the following: VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, Google Vacations.

- Experience with rental channel manager such as Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, etc…

- Bonus: experience using Upgrade to see actual info, ChatGPT, Pricelabs, Turno

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and vendors effectively.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards for property presentation and guest satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and vendors effectively.

- Must have access to reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work.
